Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo, and Raphael are back! This time, they face bigger and more evil villains than ever before. At their side are April O'Neil (Megan Fox), Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett), and a newcomer: the hockey-masked madman Casey Jones (Stephen Amell).

After supervillain Shredder manages to escape from captivity, he joins forces with mad scientist Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry) and his two dim-witted henchmen, Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams) and Rocksteady (wrestling star Stephen "Sheamus" Farrelly). As if Shredder and his plans for world domination weren't enough, the turtles suddenly find themselves facing another, even more formidable enemy with similar ambitions: the terrifying Krang.
