Do you ship in bubble mailers or boxes?
We never use bubble mailers or envelopes for movies. Every single order is shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with proper padding to ensure your collectibles arrive in mint condition. We are collectors too; we know the struggle.
How long does shipping take?
In-Stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Special Order / Import items: These are sourced upon request and typically take 10–14 days to dispatch. Please check the product page status before ordering.
After dispatch:
Sweden: 1–3 business days (DHL)
European Union: 3–7 business days (DHL)
Rest of World: 7–14 business days
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately at [Email] with photos of the damage and the shipping box. Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections on the shrink wrap or plastic case that do not affect the artwork or disc are generally not considered defects, but we handle significant damage (crushed corners, spine slashes) on a case-by-case basis to ensure you are satisfied.
Can I combine Pre-orders with In-stock items?
Yes, but please note that we will hold your entire order until the pre-order title is released. If you want your in-stock movies immediately, please place two separate orders.
When do you charge my card for Pre-orders?
Payment is captured immediately at checkout to secure your reservation with the supplier.
Are these movies Region Free?
Not always. Since we sell imports from the US (Region A) and UK (Region B), region coding varies.
4K UHD Discs: Are almost always Region Free worldwide.
Blu-rays: Please check the product description carefully. It is your responsibility to ensure your player can handle the region code specified.
Will I have to pay customs/taxes?
EU Customers: No. All prices include VAT. No hidden fees.
Non-EU Customers (USA, Norway, UK, etc.): Yes, you may be liable for import duties and taxes charged by your local customs authority. We have no control over these charges.
