The Good The Bad The Weird Limited Edition Blu-Ray

Sale price529 kr

ONE MAP. THREE VILLAINS. THE WINNER TAKES ALL. Genre master Kim Jee-woon (A Tale of Two Sisters) set his sights on new frontiers and spiced them up with his rolling kimchi western The Good, the Bad, the Weird. With the help of three of Korea's biggest stars, he staged a daring action epic that swept across the dusty Manchurian plains.

In the 1930s, three armed Koreans meet on a train with different goals, but after an explosive incident, they leave the train with the same goal: to track down a map that leads to an unfathomable treasure. The "good guy" is bounty hunter Park Do-won (Jung Woo-sung, 12.12: The Day), who is hunting the "bad guy," the ruthless bandit Park Chang-yi (Lee Byung-hun, A Bittersweet Life), rumored to be the notorious "Finger Cutter." Meanwhile, the cunning thief Yoon Tae-goo (Song Kang-ho, Parasite), "Weird," is on the hunt for anything he can get his hands on. Backs are broken, fingers are cut off, and bullets fly as this dangerous trio blasts their way through the desert in search of untold riches.

This grand resurrection of the Manchurian Western was the largest and most ambitious production ever undertaken in Korea. From a stunningly restored 4K master, experience this spicy slice of Wild West chaos like you've never seen it before.
