Human resistance has forced Skynet to send increasingly advanced Terminators to eradicate the threat from humanity once and for all. Twenty-seven years ago, they attempted to eliminate future rebel leader John Connor, but an unlikely alliance of friends and enemies changed the future before it happened and prevented Skynet from coming into existence. The question is whether it was enough to change the course of time to save humanity from its fate.
