Slumber Party Massacre Blu-Ray
The Slumber Party Massacre, which was intended as a parody of slasher films, was eventually shot as a pure horror film, which led to some unique dark humor, both intentional and unintentional, and was the first film in what would become a long series, paving the way for female filmmakers as the first horror series written and directed entirely by women. It will be the slumber party that ends all slumber parties. When her parents are away, Trish (Michele Michaels) plans a weekend of fun for her friends on the high school basketball team—a slumber party at her house. She's not sure if she wants to invite the new and talented Valerie (Robin Stille), but one person who's definitely coming is Russ Thorn. Thorn, who has been confined to a mental hospital since 1969, has escaped and is on his way back to town with the intention of causing more bloody chaos. No one will get much sleep tonight—there are potato chips, drinks, drugs, severed heads, blood, and gore galore.
