She Dies Tomorrow Blu-Ray
When Amy is suddenly struck by the random thought that she will die tomorrow, a bizarre phenomenon begins to spread through her social circle, where every single person eventually comes to the same realization that they will not survive until the next sunrise, even though there is no obvious reason to believe this. Amy Seimetz's She Dies Tomorrow does not focus on the concept of contagion as a conventional plague, but takes an abstract approach to the subject, reminiscent of films such as Pulse, where contagion has a strong existential element, in its sometimes absurdly comical, yet deeply disturbing, exploration of a group of people facing imminent and inexplicable death. The film fits well into the Lynchian horror film stable, which seeks to explore the genre by breaking down boundaries and amplifying sensory elements such asthe use of hallucinatory colors and dreamlike sequences.
