Rosy (DVD)
A diagnosis of multiple sclerosis is never easy, and receiving the news at the age of 21, just as life is beginning to take off, is a heavy blow. But for Marine Barnérias, the grim news was the starting point for a great adventure. Determined that the disease would not put her life on hold, she raised money for her dream trip to New Zealand, Burma, and Mongolia. Marine's plan is to strengthen and get to know her "new" body, devote herself to meditation, and restore the balance that the disease, which she has nicknamed Rosy, threatens to upset. She documents all the beautiful places and new encounters with her phone, allowing others to follow her journey.
Rosy is a hopeful and moving documentary about letting go of fear and daring to face life in both beautiful and difficult moments. With magnificent views and beautiful music by Matthieu Chedid, the director hopes to inspire others and remind them that life is a gift, no matter what happens.
