In the near future, violence and lawlessness have spread. Human body parts and organs have become hard currency. Two mutilated sisters whose desperate parents sold pieces of their children to ruthless gangs dream of revenge and a better life. They replace the stolen parts with cold steel and machine guns. Blood will flow in rivers and heads will roll when they take the fight to the meat buyers!Yuki Kobayashi delivers a tribute to Noboru Iguchi's cult film The Machine Girl from 2008 that is maxed out in every way. Iguchi's film floored audiences with its mix of ultra-violence, totally over-the-top splatter, humor, and absurd effects. Here, too, you can count on extra everything on all fronts. Bigger weapons, more blood, and weirder monsters. To give it all an extra level of weirdness, the violence is accompanied by upbeat J-pop!

In the leading roles, we see Himena Tsukimiya (Red Blade), Kanon Hanakage (Nowhere Girl), and martial arts hero Tak Sakaguchi (Versus, Why Don't You Play in Hell?). The producers behind the film are Yoshinori Chiba, also behind Iguchi's 2008 original, and Yoshihiro Nishimura (Tokyo Gore Police).
