Small-time dealer Budge is preparing one last big deal that will give him enough money to retire. But the deal goes to hell, and suddenly he finds himself in the highly uncomfortable position of owing a large debt to a loan shark with very hands-on ideas about how to treat people who don't pay up. The clock is ticking relentlessly toward disaster, while Budge struggles to get his goods back and manage to sell them before a final brutal confrontation with the psychopath he owes money to. It's going to be a long night in Belfast. A cold-sweat thriller filmed in real time in a single long take by director Stephen Fingleton (The Survivalist) with atmospheric cinematography by David Bird.
