The first bomb explodes in London. A large department store is razed to the ground. The notorious terrorist who calls himself Wulfgar has demonstrated his evil power. Next, New York will feel his wrath. The UN is his primary target. But a new anti-terrorist group of hand-picked police officers is on his trail. Among them is Brooklyn cop Deke DaSilva, known for his ruthless and brutal methods. The meeting between him and Wulfgar becomes an explosive duel that New York will not soon forget.

Sylvester Stallone plays DaSilva and Rutger Hauer (in his first Hollywood role) plays Wulfgar in this tense thriller known for its adrenaline-fueled subway chase and a breathtaking showdown on a cable car. Bruce Malmuth (Hard to Kill) directed, and the screenplay was written by David Shaber (The Warriors). The Swedish censors cut two minutes (six clips) from the film for theatrical release, but now it is being released uncut.
