Night Of The Juggler Limited Edition 4K Ultra HD + Blu-Ray
A young girl is kidnapped in broad daylight in Central Park by a murderous psychopath (Cliff Gorman, All That Jazz), who plans to demand a huge ransom for her release, believing her to be the daughter of a wealthy real estate developer. Unfortunately for him, she is in fact the daughter of Sean Boyd (James Brolin, True Grit), a devoted father and fierce former police officer who will stop at nothing to get her back, even if it means taking on the kidnapper, his enemies within the NYPD, and the entire shady underworld that populates the dangerous streets of 1970s New York...
Night of the Juggler is an adaptation of a novel by William P. McGivern (The Big Heat, Odds Against Tomorrow) and directed by Sidney J Furie (The Ipcress File) and Robert Butler (Turbulence). It is a relentless, adrenaline-fueled crime thriller that combines breathtaking action-packed chase scenes, incredible cinematography (Victor J. Kemper, Dog Day Afternoon) from 1970s New York, which was then at the height of its notorious "Fear City" era, and a unique ensemble of supporting actors, including Dan Hedaya, Mandy Patinkin, Richard S. Castellano, Barton Heyman, and Julie Carmen. After being unavailable on home video for a long time, Transmission is proud to present this cult classic, restored in stunning 4K HDR.
