A passionate secret meeting that was brutally interrupted on Valentine's Day thirteen years ago returns to haunt the teenagers around Love Lane where the double murder took place. Sheriff Tom Anderson (Matt Riedy) has just come to terms with the fact that it was his wife who died in another man's car on that fateful night. His daughter Mandy (Erin J. Dean), who as a four-year-old saw her mother's body being carried away from the scene, has a different view of the matter. It doesn't help that her classmate Michael (Riley Smith) lost his father to the same hook-handed murderous maniac in the night's incident. To make matters worse, reports come in that the man arrested as "The Hook" has just escaped from his mental hospital, just in time for Valentine's Day.
