Towards the end of her time as municipal manager in a suburb of Paris, Clémence begins to think about life after her career. As a final act of solidarity with the local population, she wants to see a complete renovation of the run-down high-rise neighborhood of Les Bernardins. But in the midst of the negotiations, an opportunity suddenly arises for her to take on a new and more influential position. Will Clémence remain true to her ideals or sacrifice them for her career?
