IN THE FIGHT AGAINST THE NAZIS IN ONE OF THE MOST DRAMATIC BATTLES OF WORLD WAR II

The year is 1941. Hitler's war machine is sweeping across country after country. The Soviet Union has just been invaded and all hope seems lost. The Allies see no other option than to support them with weapons. A convoy of 35 cargo ships filled to the brim with war materiel begins a dangerous journey to Murmansk and Arkhangelsk, with British air support. On board one of the ships, we meet a Norwegian crew, most of whom are civilians. The enemy attacks from above, below, and on the surface of the sea. And just when things look their worst, it is announced that the convoy's air support will now be withdrawn...

As a highly skilled Swedish gunner in the lavishly produced KONVOJEN, we see Adam Lundgren, unforgettable in Känn ingen sorg, Torka aldrig tårar utan handskar and, of course, Vår tid är nu. Everyone will also recognize Anders Baasmo and Tobias Sentelmann, not least for their roles in the acclaimed TV hit Exit.
