In Arizona in 1882, nothing is easy in the bitterly unforgiving Old West except dying. Albert (Seth MacFarlane) is a gentle man in harsh times, who really doesn't fit in. Albert's feelings of pain and worthlessness are further intensified when his girlfriend (Amanda Seyfried) leaves him for the town's mustache trimmer (Neil Patrick Harris). When a beautiful and mysterious woman (Charlize Theron) rides into town, she helps him find his courage.
But when her husband (Liam Neeson), a notorious bandit, arrives seeking revenge, Albert must put his newfound courage to the test.
