High school student Koyuki Seri has a knack for coming up with witty responses... but hates people who wait for those responses! Much to his chagrin, he has caught the attention of Hanadori Kabuto, who suffers from terrible delusions of grandeur and for whom anything about him could warrant a response. Seri swears he will never say anything about Kabuto, but he just can't help himself. Not to mention that even more strange people seem to be gathering around him...
