In Hoffman, one of the most disturbing films in Peter Sellers' canon, the actor plays an ominous lead role as a bachelor obsessed with his secretary (Sinéad Cusack, Tam Lin, Revenge) and when he discovers that her boyfriend (Jeremy Bulloch, The Spy Who Loved Me) has been fiddling the books at work, he blackmails her into spending a week with him. Their time together reveals Hoffman's tragic, lonely existence.
