When young African American Chris (Daniel Kaluuya) visits his white girlfriend's (Allison Williams) family estate for the first time, he soon becomes aware of the sinister intentions behind the invitation. At first, Chris interprets the family's overly welcoming behavior as a nervous reaction to their daughter dating someone of a different race, but gradually a series of strange incidents reveal a reality he could never have imagined. Get Out is as much a thrilling thriller as it is a thought-provoking social commentary.
