Get Carter Blu-Ray

Sale price349 kr

Michael Caine plays Jack Carter, a London gangster who returns to his hometown of Newcastle to avenge his brother's death. Rarely has the criminal underworld been portrayed as realistically as in this 1971 masterpiece. The film was shot on location, resulting in a strikingly authentic snapshot of life in north-east England during the late industrial period, and Get Carter is undoubtedly the most brutal and best of all British crime films. Recently restored in 4K from the original camera negative by the BFI, and approved by director Mike Hodges, Get Carter is back, looking and sounding better than ever.
