En officer och spion (Blu-ray)
In 1894, France is shaken by the biggest legal scandal in history. Despite his denials, Jewish captain Alfred Dreyfus is convicted of treason and deported to the notorious Devil's Island to serve a life sentence. But back in France, officer Georges Picquart begins to unravel the case. He is the only one in the army who believes Dreyfus, and through his relentless struggle, he uncovers a terrible conspiracy.
This controversial case, widely known as the "Dreyfus Affair," has been written about extensively for 125 years. Now, Oscar-winning Roman Polanski has made a film about the scandal, starring Oscar-winning Jean Dujardin (The Artist) in the lead role. At the Venice Film Festival, the film won four awards, including the Grand Jury Prize, and at the César Awards (France's Oscars), it took home three of the top prizes.
