Organized crime is growing explosively in Europe and threatens to break down the social structure. As part of the fight against this scourge, a new special force is being set up within Europol, the EU's own police organization. Detective Superintendent Ola Sellberg is appointed as head of the force, and Johan Falk is naturally a natural choice for the team.
