Tourist Kitty (Navarro) happens to witness a murder while looking through a coin-operated telescope. When witnesses begin to die in a cruel manner, Kitty teams up with her boyfriend Alberto (Hoffmann) to try to find the black-clad murderer.... if he doesn't find her first!

With supporting roles by Rosita Torosh (The Bird with the Crystal Plumage) and Simón Andreu (The Blood Spattered Bride), Death Carries a Cane is a bloody and shocking classic of Italian genre cinema.
