After kissing his girlfriend goodnight, teacher Johnny Smith drives off into the darkness and crashes into a tanker truck. Five years later, he wakes up from his coma and realizes he has supernatural powers. Just by touching a person, he has visions of both the past and the future. Johnny's gift saves several children from death and helps the police catch a serial killer. But one day, Johnny has a more frightening vision than before, which means that he suddenly holds the future of the whole world in his hands.

Along with The Shining, Carrie, and Lida, THE DEAD ZONE is considered one of the best King films in the horror genre. David Cronenberg directed, and the cast includes Oscar winners Christopher Walken and Martin Sheen. The film is being released on Blu-ray in Sweden for the first time! The film has been digitally restored.
