Animated adventure from popular director Tim Burton. Set in a European village in the 1800s, the film follows the story of Victor (voiced by Johnny Depp), a young man who is taken to the underworld and marries a mysterious corpse bride (Helena Bonham Carter), while his real bride, Victoria (Emily Watson), waits desperately in the world of the living. Although life in the realm of the dead proves to be much more colorful than his strict Victorian upbringing, Victor realizes that there is nothing in this world, or the next, that can keep him away from his one true love.
