Jackie Chan stars as womanizing private detective Ryo Saeba in this hilarious live-action adaptation of the popular Japanese manga series City Hunter, presented in a stunning new 2K restoration!

Ryo is hired to track down Shizuko Imamura, the missing daughter of a publishing magnate, but initially turns down the job... until he sees a photo of the missing woman! Ryo finally finds her aboard a luxury cruise ship, but to the annoyance of his assistant Carrie (Joey Wang, A Chinese Ghost Story), Ryo seems more interested in capturing Shizuko's attention than returning her to her father. When terrorists hijack the ship, Ryo must put his romantic feelings aside and take action to neutralize the villains and save the day.

City Hunter is packed with inventive action scenes coordinated by Chan at his best and is one of the most visually creative films of Jackie's career, with vibrant cinematography and offbeat humor. Eureka Classics is proud to present the film for the first time in the UK on Blu-ray.
