In this world, there is a "FRONT" side and a "REVERSE" side.

Historically, 72% of all deaths in London are related to dragons, fantastic creatures that are invisible to the majority of the population. Although unknown to most, certain people have stood up to these dragons. Only the inhabitants of Reverse London, who live on the hidden "reverse" side of London, can see the dragons. Even then, only a select few become sufficiently qualified as witches or wizards to make direct contact with them.

The main characters in the story are the witch duo Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole. They are security agents for Wing Bind (WB), an organization for the preservation and management of dragons. Their mission is to protect and manage the dragons in London on behalf of the people.
