ESCAPE FROM DEATH BLOCK 13

In search of justice after his brother is murdered, Mick (Robert Bronzi) is wrongfully accused and convicted of a couple of really serious crimes. When the verdict is handed down, he is sent to Pleasant Hill Penitentiary's notorious Section 13 for death row inmates. Once there, he discovers the reason for his brother's disappearance. Driven by an unquenchable thirst for revenge, he puts a carefully thought-out plan into action.

Everyone who sees Bronzi is struck by his uncanny resemblance to another well-known and gritty action star from the past. It was not without reason that his breakthrough film was titled Death Kiss. His latest brutal action flick, Escape From Death Block 13, was largely filmed at the notorious Ohio State Reformatory, formerly known as the filming location for The Shawshank Redemption. The cast also includes Nicholas Turturro (NYPD Blue). The screenplay and direction are by Gary Jones, who previously made Mosquito and Axe Giant: The Wrath of Paul Bunyan.

THE GARDENER
