From the vaults of Alameda Films comes the terrifying film Black Pit of Dr. M (Misterios de ultratumba).

Doctor Mazali (Rafael Bertrand) makes a pact with his dying colleague, Doctor Aldama (Antonio Raxel), to learn the secrets of the afterlife. Instead, Aldama's spirit exerts a supernatural influence on him from beyond the grave and summons his daughter Patricia (Mapita Cortés) to Mazali's mental hospital, where a series of horrific events unfold.

Black Pit of Dr. M is directed by Fernando Méndez (The Vampire) and is a classic of Mexican macabre cinema, with its characteristically beautiful photography and eerie production design.
