Aguirre - The Wrath Of God Blu-Ray
Aguirre, the Wrath of God was filmed entirely on location in the wild Amazon jungle near Machu Picchu and features the legendary temperamental Klaus Kinski (Nosferatu, the vampire) in the role of Don Lope de Aguirre, a power-hungry 16th-century explorer who leads a group of conquistadors on a doomed expedition in search of El Dorado, the mythical "City of Gold."
Aguirre is an instinctive, ambitious exploration of megalomania and wild beauty, and remains one of Herzog's most brilliant achievements and one of German cinema's most symbolic masterpieces.
