In post-World War II Britain, food is rationed and meat is an impossible luxury. As the Queen's birthday approaches, the local village leaders are dismayed at the thought of a jubilee celebration without a traditional suckling pig as the centerpiece. With livestock ownership restricted, the village elders hatched a secret plan to find and fatten a pig. Unfortunately for them, things don't quite go to plan, thanks to an unfortunate podiatrist and a series of mishaps.
