A Day At The Beach Limited Edition Blu-Ray
When Bernie (Burns) takes a little girl, Winnie (Edney) – who may be his niece or daughter – on a trip to a dilapidated Danish coastal town on a day of pouring rain, he begins to persuade the locals in a desperate attempt to get hold of alcohol, leaving his young protégé to fend for herself.
A Day at the Beach is director Simon Hesera's only feature film and received poor distribution when it was produced, but after being lost for decades, it was eventually rediscovered and was re-released to critical acclaim, with audiences particularly interested in discovering the charismatic cameo appearances of British comedy legends Peter Sellers (The Blockhouse, Hoffman) and Graham Stark (The Wrong Box).
